Enterprise Community Partners

Founded in 1982 and with offices in 16 cities, Enterprise is a leading provider of development capital and expertise to create decent, affordable homes and revitalize struggling communities. Enterprise has raised and invested over $9 billion to help finance more than 240,000 affordable homes in communities across the nation.

The Rose Architectural Fellowship Program is an important part of Enterprise’s Green Communities initiative. Launched in 2004 in partnership with the Natural Resources Defense Council, this initiative has deployed more than $615 million in grants, loans and equity investments to support 14,500 affordable green homes in 26 states.
